General Overview:
I am including the video that I found in YouTube to help families to cope with their mental help during COVID 19. Families that work from home also need to help their children to do remote learning.
Mental Health expert answer questions on coping during COVID-19.
First, taking care yourself by taking care of your body by eating well, sleep well, & getting exercise.
Second, taking care of your mind by focus on the fact of the pandemic by getting the right info (PBS). Also, take a break from the news, do something that you enjoy (Hobby – gardening, walking, connect with friends.)
