General Overview: 

The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is a professional membership organization that works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children, birth through age 8, by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research.

​

With COVID, I think I like to introduce NAEYC to our parents to help with family engagement activities and educational articles. The site provides a lot of research-based resources, tips, and ideas for families – from child development to reading, writing, music, math.

 

It also has some fun activities that you can do with your families as children learn so much as they enjoy music, explore food and cooking, build together, create art, and celebrate their families!
